Free Trial
Try premium features before committing:
- Starter and Pro plans include a 30-day free trial
- Full access to all plan features during trial
- One trial per user account
- Email notification before trial ends
- Automatic downgrade to Free if not upgraded
Billing & Management
Payment Methods:
Visa, Mastercard, Amex via Stripe
Billing Cycles:
- Monthly: Charged each month
- Yearly: 10% discount
Customer Portal:
Access via subscription settings to update payment method, view invoices, change plans, or cancel.
Limit Enforcement
When limits are exceeded:
- Cannot add new members until upgraded
- Cannot create new seasons until upgraded
- Features beyond your plan show upgrade prompts
All data is preserved when downgrading; access is simply restricted to the new plan's limits.
