Welcome to Foosball Arena. These Terms of Service govern your use of our foosball match tracking application. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Foosball Arena, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Service Description

Foosball Arena is a web application that allows users to:

  • Track foosball (table football) matches and scores
  • Calculate and monitor Elo ratings
  • Create and join clubs for organized play
  • Participate in seasons and view leaderboards
  • View statistics and match history
  • Optionally use AI-powered features for personalized insights

    • The service is provided "as is" and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

    User Accounts

    To use Foosball Arena, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU)
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

    • You may not create accounts for others without their permission or use another person's account.

    Prohibited Conduct

    You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Manipulate match results or Elo ratings fraudulently
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the service
  • Upload malicious content or malware
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

    • Subscriptions and Payments

    Foosball Arena offers both free and premium subscription plans.

  • Free Plan: Basic features with usage limits
  • Premium Plans: Extended features and higher limits

    • For paid subscriptions:

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
  • Price changes will be communicated in advance

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

    We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results or statistics will be completely accurate
  • The service will meet your specific requirements
  • Any errors will be corrected

    • Elo ratings and statistics are calculated automatically and may contain errors. They are intended for entertainment and friendly competition only.

    Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOOSBALL ARENA AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
  • Service interruptions or data breaches beyond our reasonable control
  • Actions of third-party services (Stripe, AI providers, etc.)
  • User-generated content or conduct of other users

    • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    Account Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Fail to pay for premium services
  • Have been inactive for an extended period

    • You may delete your account at any time through the application settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention requirements.

    Changes to Service

    We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features at any time
  • Update these terms with reasonable notice
  • Change pricing for premium plans (with advance notice)
  • Implement new features or restrictions

    • Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

    Governing Law and Disputes

    These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Foosball Arena operates.

    For disputes:

  • We encourage you to contact us first to resolve issues amicably
  • Any formal disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration
  • Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by law
  • Small claims court remains available for qualifying disputes

    • If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
