Season Management
Organize competitive periods within your club
Seasons let you organize competitions with defined time periods and participants. Start fresh each season with reset rankings, or run open-ended seasons that continue indefinitely. Perfect for office leagues, tournaments, or ongoing rivalries.
Creating a Season
Admins and Owners can create seasons:
- Name your season (3-100 characters)
- Choose match types: 1v1 only, 2v2 only, or both
- Set optional start and end dates
- Select participating members from the club
Note: Once set to 'Both' match types, you cannot restrict back to a single type.
Season Lifecycle
Seasons have different statuses:
Upcoming: Start date is in the future. No matches can be submitted.
Active: Started and not ended. Matches can be submitted.
Completed: End date has passed. Match submission is closed.
Managing Members
Adding Members:
Select from club members who aren't already in the season. New members start with 1500 Elo.
Removing Members:
Admins/Owners can remove participants. Match history is preserved, but the player is removed from the leaderboard.
Quitting:
Participants can voluntarily leave a season at any time.
Season Limits
The number of active seasons depends on your subscription plan:
- Free: 1 active season
- Starter: 3 active seasons
- Pro & Enterprise: Unlimited active seasons
